Summary: This exciting position is dedicated to our talented and tenured team of retail leasing professionals and manages and executes the big idea, design and production of custom marketing deliverables. The responsibilities include but are not limited to the creation of client pursuits, client facing presentations, retail tenant market tour books, RFPs, statement of capabilities deliverables and custom property marketing collateral. This role partners with the retail leasing professionals to develop a strong creative, consultative, and analytical vision for the end product that will leverage a variety of in-house and third-party resources to fulfill that vision. This position is a critical player in reimagining, reenergizing, and transforming brands and places in the Washington, D.C. area and beyond.

We are seeking someone that serves as the single-point-of-contact for all Retail Marketing needs, manages the workflow, and is able to jump in on design execution.
Primary Responsibilities: Partner with the retail leasing team to apply local market knowledge, consumer data and location intelligence to influence the marketing strategy of the retail client or asset
Articulate and enforce the visual tone, style and core values to ensure seamless creative development and implementation to marketing strategies and brand experiences of market leading property marketing materials
Connect to wide spectrum of available CBRE platform resources for leverage and efficiency including the local and national teams in marketing, research, communications, location intelligence, web/digital and property marketing
Commit to a thoughtful and strategic design approach, while not afraid to think outside the box
Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of marketing, design, and internal and external vendor project management
Sophisticated sense and in-depth knowledge of design (commercial real estate, hospitality, architecture, art, video, digital, photography, UX/UI, environmental design - a plus)
Some digital design experience and grasp of current best practices
Proven ability to drive results through strategic creative solutions
Detail driven and excellent time management skills
Advanced experience in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud
