The Acquisition Strategy and Partnerships team is now on the lookout for a pro-active, hands-on Senior Marketing Manager to drive local marketing activity for Personal Loans.
The Acquisition Strategy and Partnerships team is one of the four strategic pillars of focus the business has identified as part of the next stage of our evolution to build a bank of the future. This team has been newly created to be the hub for the planning and execution of growth initiatives for Citi Credit Cards and Personal Loans, with the rapidly increasing pipeline of new partnerships and initiatives, as well as the portfolio of existing partnerships to nurture - including airlines, loyalty base partners and aggregators/affiliates. This teams has direct execution accountability for Partnerships, existing customer communications and above the line marketing channels.
Develop a full funnel acquisition marketing strategy and execution plan for Citibranded Loans to deliver against Plan volumes and CPAs including management of Loans monthly forecasting and allocation of budgets and accounts, monthly/quarterly/yearly initiatives planning and proposing new offers.
Work in collaboration with Cards BP&A to manage monthly finance process of Forecasting, Accruals, and actuals for Citibranded Loans
Collaborate with the Product and Cards and Consumer Lending (CCL) Sales teams to set and manage a short, medium and long term view of offers to drive acquisition ensuring that the offer tracker is maintained and the team has minimum of 8 weeks to manage any offer change outs.
Engage with colleagues within the wider Digital Sales and Marketing team to implement offer changes and new campaign rollouts including project management of offer change outs.
Engage with stakeholders (e.g. Product, Research and Creative) to develop, enhance and articulate the customer value proposition for each Citibranded Lending product, including creation of Personas for each
Collaborate with the Product, CCL Sales and CCL Partnerships teams to launch new partners and optimise existing partners for acquisition growth.
Lead the execution for partnerships campaign rolls out for Citibranded Loans, engaging with partners and colleagues within the wider Digital Sales and Marketing team to execute where required.
Affiliate and Aggregators:
Lead the strategic direction for the A&A channel for Citibranded Loans and leads the A&A exclusive offer campaign execution including briefing in creative agency to align with new brand guidelines
Manage Loans offer briefings to wider Digital Sales and Marketing team and CCL business including being responsible for Source Code Creation, Bonus Programs briefings, source code extensions, Fee Disclosure updates, Commission Disclosure updates, Source code expire and manages the source code offer change out report to ensure that all channel source codes have been updated
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Commerce or related discipline
Minimum 7 years in Marketing. Experience in Banking or Fin tech specifically Personal Lending is a plus
Strong background in Digital and strategy is a must
Proven experience in developing & maintaining strong relationships, to drive business growth
