Essilor seeks thoughtful marketing talent with a desire to work in a global company based in Dallas, TX. Our MBA Summer Intern Program is the entry point to employment opportunities in Essilor’s marketing department. Interns are assigned to one of several groups: Product Marketing and Brand Management, Service Marketing, Lab Channel Marketing (B:B marketing), Retail Marketing (B:C), Managed Care Marketing (B:B:C), Marketing Research, Market Analytics (B:B, B:C) PR or the Advertising (B:C) group. Interns are given the opportunity to work on all aspects of real marketing projects, from strategic direction to tactical execution. Projects will be determined based on each student's individual background and are designed to provide challenging opportunities and to meet specific business needs of the company. Responsibilities cover various marketing functions such as business analysis, marketing research, promotions, marketing services, merchandising, digital marketing, brand advertising, new product development, channel strategy and/or pricing strategy.
We consider candidates with all levels of experience pursuing an MBA or similar Master’s level degree with a Marketing orientation. Ideally we seek candidates with leverage-able work experience (e.g. sales, marketing, research, analytics, general management, project management) but can accommodate those who exhibit the transferable skills from other areas.
