Lead marketing strategy and relationship with select partners in the US and Canada to support robust card acquisition
Bring AXP’s core capabilities to life, sell in marketing strategies to partners, and support new product and service launches
Deliver strategic recommendations on topics including but not limited to card product value propositions, new product launch strategies, cross channel marketing plans, product training, and retention strategies
Create messaging documentation, hierarchies, and language recommendations to best represent AXP’s benefits and capabilities to strengthen partner communications
Adapt marketing best practice toolkits and playbooks to be used internally and shared with partners
Manage relationships with external agencies to develop digital assets and marketing communications that bring AXP capabilities to life in innovative ways
Lead marketing relationship across the Blue Box to explore new capabilities for network card members
Ensure excellent service delivery of capabilities and benefits
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute on winning strategies that drive results
Experience managing and developing relationships with external partners
Proven verbal and written communication skills to lead conversations at all levels across partner organizations and within Amex
Creative problem solver with flexibility to adjust quickly to shifting priorities and multiple demands
Established digital marketing experience with desire to learn more
Strong end-to-end project management experience
Strong analytical skills
Strong PowerPoint skills
Collaborative team player
Experience managing agencies a plus
