We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Insurance Marketing Manager .
Deliver high standard and quality marketing activities in a timely manner to support business growth for specific products and segments.
Champion programme development to ensure effective programme mechanics which delivers business targets
Implement target segments analysis, competitive position and trends, to identify insights and recommendations for sustained business growth
Develop effective advertising and marketing initiatives for specific products and segments to contribute to the Brand Health Index and Customer Recommendation Index
Drive activation of social media including Facebook and WeChat to create brand and product awareness, as well as driving strategy to bring in transactions for direct channels including performance-based marketing vehicles such as programmatic media buy and SEM
Maintain high standard of marketing and communications, and deliver activities that adhere to the established marketing process and guidelines
Manage marketing budget for specific products and segments and ensure effective deployment to enhance return on investment and in accordance with departmental guidelines
Execute marketing initiatives and campaigns for specific products and segments that are customer centric while driving business results
Negotiate and maximize opportunities with strategic marketing alliances for potential partnership to benefit business results
Work closely with internal business partners, internal communication team, external advertising and media agencies to develop effective marketing strategies for specific products and segments
Solid and extensive broad based business experience within a Financial Services institution.
Demonstrated ability to identify strategic needs based solutions both now and in the future.
Relevant product and segment knowledge including knowledge of Global Banking, Financial Institutions, Capital Markets and Securities Services
A range of Marketing Communications planning and operational experience, including demonstrable success in developing and delivering campaign strategies and multi channel high profile campaigns.
A desire to find ways to continually improve the service delivered to customers
A track record of constantly looking for ways to do things better and an excellent understanding of the mechanism necessary to successfully implement change
Experience of supporting others performance, enabling them to achieve by providing clear direction, motivation and support
Excellent written and spoken communication skills with an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information
