MARKETING/FULFILLMENT ASSOCIATE , Sloan School of Management-Sloan Management Review (SMR) , to ensure customer satisfaction and retention for MIT Sloan Management Review. Will handle all subscription mail processing, answer customer inquiries, and help manage all aspects of subscription and product fulfillment; liaise with fulfillment partner; support marketing team; conduct analysis of programs where required and other marketing tasks; perform occasional support tasks for the SMR team; help to set policy for customer care; answer customer mail, email, and telephone inquiries; process check payments, make regular check deposits; perform monthly reporting on customer service; open and process all fulfillment mail, deposit customer payments, answer all fulfillment phone calls; assist with content sales fulfillment, including service bureau performance, shopping carts, merchant requirements, and reporting; liaise with fulfillment partners; select files for print fulfillment every two weeks; oversee renewal schedule, arrange to send renewal notices, and select lists for renewal notices; serve as liaison between SMR, Fulco, and agencies; help to manage library update process; receive library additions and deletions from Fulco and update SMR's library access system in WordPress; assist with metrics and analytics, pull data, and provide to analysts; other perform administrative and marketing tasks as needed.
REQUIRED : a high school diploma or its equivalent; three years of related office experience, preferably in customer service; ability to work in a team-oriented environment and to communicate effectively with people at all levels; willingness to learn and take initiative; and proficiency with Excel, fulfillment reporting programs, SAP, and web-based collaboration and reporting tools.
