The Marketing Manager is a pivotal role working closely with the Leasing department to create, develop, and implement property and company wide marketing campaigns. You will manage all branding, marketing, research, and social media for the company.
Oversee execution of property level marketing campaigns
Responsible for the creation/design of all marketing materials
Create and send bi-weekly email marketing campaigns using Constant Contact
Maintain the Sembler Company webpage using WordPress
Run/analyze demographic reports and void analysis; provide recommendations based on market knowledge
Responsible for running all social media platforms:
Generate aerials/maps with appropriate labeling, e.g. traffic counts, retailers, major landmarks
Create housing studies and growth projections with supported data
Gather relevant and supportive contents for marketing brochures; pertinent news on other projects, road realignments/road widenings, housing growth, major employment centers, etc.
Maintenance of technology and tools
Investigate and remain current regarding industry trends, technologies, retailer behaviors/criteria, and new developments
Minimal travel to sites, attend conferences/seminars/workshops
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree/master’s degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Business or related field required
A minimum of three years’ related experience, Real Estate industry experience a strong plus.
PREFFERED SKILLS AND TRAITS:
Experience working with business software: Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Proficient with email marketing, preferably using Constant Contact
Knowledge of Geographic Information System Mapping Software; e.g. TAS Online, Regis Online, Google Earth or other
Proven experience operating a website, good understanding of WordPress
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
