The Head of Marketing (B2B) will lead on demand generation and market positioning activities of IDP Connect across North America, to support delivery against the core business objectives of revenue growth and outstanding client satisfaction.
Reporting to and working closely with the Director Client Partnerships and Operations, they will play a crucial role in the success of the commercial strategy across all product lines.
The Head Of Marketing (B2B) Will Have Responsibility For Developing And Executing The Demand Generation Strategy Covering IDP Connect Core Products And Services

They will work closely with IDP Connect teams requiring proactive and effective communication with our global marketing and communications teams, most notably in the UK and Australia.
We anticipate the role will be based in Boston, MA or Philadelphia, PA.
Develop and execute B2B demand generation initiatives to drive new leads, nurture existing database of leads and expand/retain business with current customers.
Build integrated marketing programs using a mix of tools such as email, webinars, customer engagement, case studies, tradeshows/events, social media, website and much more to drive high-impact, multi-touch campaigns covering IDP Connect products.
Create, manage, and monitor the flow of leads from marketing through to the Client Partnerships team.
Identify trends and insights from our data, and then communicate those findings to the industry to build IDP Connect position as thought leaders.
Create content including collateral, presentations, sales decks, and marketing materials for sales and marketing activities on an ongoing basis.
Manage Hubspot and advise global teams on how to optimize effectiveness of platform.
Plan and organize IDP Connect presence at major education industry conferences, e.g. NAFSA
Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
To work with colleagues to understand, interpret and adapt the IDP Connect Global Marketing and Communications Strategy for the North American Market.
Liaise and engage with key stakeholders and sector contacts to support client and commercial team goals.
Plan and deliver special project activity in line with business needs
Highly skilled and experienced in B2B marketing expert with a focus on solutions-oriented product mix
Experience of working in a disruptive commercial environment
Track record of delivering thought leadership content inbound marketing campaigns
Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy and in small teams, often collaborating with remote colleagues both in the region and globally

Experience working within or as a partner to Higher Education institutions
