University Information Technology Services (UITS), within the University of Arizona, is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator(Principal Business Analyst, Enterprise Applications) to build awareness, establish support and advance the UA Electronic Communication program across the university.
The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator will participate in the design, configuration, enhancement and maintenance for client applications. Must be able assess available technologies, recommend solution options, phases and recommends strategies and tactics to achieve business needs.

Duties & Responsibilities
•Perform hands-on solution design, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, as required in support of current and new projects. •Work with the Marketing Cloud Product Manager on development, testing, production support, etc. •Estimate scope for development efforts. •Communicate with stakeholders regarding status. •Participate in business and technical meetings. •Provide timely status updates to project leadership. •Identify and mitigate risks in process and technology. •Support architectural and development guidelines and best practices. •Additional duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree with 5 to 8 years of directly comparable experience; OR master’s degree with 3 to 5 years of directly comparable experience; OR PhD/professional degree with 1 to 3 years of directly comparable experience OR Any equivalent combination of experience, training and/or education. •Experience in Salesforce administration and object model. •Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration; OR Experience in marketing.
