We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Marketing Manager, Digital and Channel .
This role is part of the Global Marketing Function which focuses on supporting the strategic and revenue growth priorities of Commercial Banking in Hong Kong.
Develop and implement a customer centric and data driven digital and social media marketing strategy in alignment with the broader Commercial Banking business strategy to drive digital acquisition, digital channels optimization, and customer engagement and experience across all digital channels
Manage the marketing transformation for Hong Kong Commercial Banking Marketing with a focus on digital and data, as well as the adoption of marketing technology in alignment with the Global Commercial Banking Marketing Transformation framework to ensure the function is well positioned for the future
Develop and implement test and learn digital initiatives to drive innovation in digital marketing
Develop and implement performance marketing strategy and measurement framework to optimize effectiveness and efficiency of marketing investment.
Provide strategic recommendation and manage the development and ongoing enhancement of Commercial Banking public website.
Degree level of qualification in business studies and marketing preferred.
Extensive board based business and marketing experience, ideally within a Financial Services Institution or a B2B industry field.
Experience with using Eloqua as an marketing automation tool.
A range of strategic and operational experience with proven experience in digital marketing including demonstrable success in developing digital acquisition and growth strategies.
Excellent understanding of the digital and social media space and key consumer and industry trends and areas of innovation
Proven experience and strength in marketing technology, automation, data and analytical skills and customer relationship management
Proven understanding of customer insights and their role in strategy and idea development
A creative approach in all aspects of the role with the ability to think innovatively, shaping and communicating new concepts effectively
Experience of managing agencies driving for greater value and application of resources
Proven ability to influence leadership team.
Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders and on multi function projects demonstrating excellent relationship building skills.
Proven ability to be a self starter with energy and drive in a challenging and dynamic environment.
