We currently have a great opportunity available for an Marketing Product Manager – Clinical Research and Industrial Flow Cytometry. The Marketing Product Manager for Flow Cytometry position is accountable for managing and marketing the Sysmex Flow Cytometry Instruments, Reagents and Applications in the LATAM and Brazilian markets for Sysmex America Inc. The position is responsible for creating “best of breed” marketing and sales programs, responsible for all aspects of life cycle management, promotional material, competitive material and developing thought leaders and marketplace influencers to assist Sysmex in achieving their business objectives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1.Internal and external champion for the Sysmex Flow Cytometry Instruments, Reagents and Applications by developing, designing and presenting technical materials, advertising copy, white papers, sales tools and training material for the direct affiliates and distributors in LATAM and Brazil. 2.Develops “anti-competitive” materials and updates for commercial operations. 3.Provides regular updates on Flow Cytometry to direct affiliates and distributors. 4.Working in conjunction with LATAM General Manager and General Manager for Brazil, Country Managers and Director of Distribution LATAM develops sales strategies for product lines to achieve business plan goals. 5.Working with Flow Cytometry marketing team at SAI participates in feedback and input to R&D on current and future customer needs as market research and analysis. 6.Supports new product launch teams working across departments to introduce new Sysmex Flow Cytometry products to the LATAM and Brazilian markets plus distribution channels. 7.Participates in scientific symposiums on a national level by developing strategic Sysmex speakers as needed. Supports and develops key physicians and technologists for participation in marketing studies and as speakers for the Flow Cytometry product line within LATAM and Brazil working with country managers. In addition, works with distributors as needed to develop local speakers for Flow Cytometry. 8.Responsible for providing all Sysmex product expertise to the Flow Cytometry sales and application specialists within the region in order to insure ongoing support of applications in the field. 9.Co-responsible for the product line budget achievement in the LATAM and Brazil. 10.Manage and oversight Applications Specialist for LATAM and Brazil. Supports continued development of niche markets for Sysmex flow cytometry product lines.

•Bachelor's degree in Medical Lab Science / Biological Science or related field required. •Core understanding of Research and Industrial, and Clinical Flow Cytometry Markets. Flow Cytometry IVD marketing and/or sales experience is desirable. •Demonstrate effective influence and leadership skills. •Excellent presentation and written skills (English and Spanish), especially in documentation and process mapping. •Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese desired. •5-8 years of relevant work experience required. •Microsoft Office. •Ability to strategize, negotiate, sell, develop goals and follow through, maintains vigilance and flexibility in a changing environment. •People management skills desired. •Decision Making Ability: High competence. •Project Management Ability: High competence. •Problem-Solving Ability: High competence.
