The A&T / Advisory Marketing Director develops and executes the marketing strategy for the A&T Occupier line of business, supports the thoughtful and proactive integration and promotion of CBRE thought leadership with research, creates connectivity between the Product team and local/regional marketing teams and leads a team of marketing professionals in the development and execution of marketing strategies for of variety of CBRE specialty, support and advisory groups. Specific responsibilities include:
A&T Occupier Marketing and Client Engagement Strategy
Serve as senior marketing point of contact for A&T business line leadership
Develop and oversee A&T Occupier value propositions, core messaging and go-to-market strategies
Support internal communications strategy by partnering with Corporate Communications team as needed
Create and maintain all marketing materials, including collateral and off-the-shelf presentations
Provide general design support and materials for internal meetings, presentations and strategy documents.
Develop integrated campaigns in support of lead generation and oversee all digital activities, including social media / web presence and engagement, email marketing, etc.
Research Activation and Leverage Partner with research to develop, promote and distribute relevant points of view in paid, owned and earned channels
Support global research/marketing programs
Activate research POV through LOB marketing messages and materials
Sales Enablement & Local Market Connectivity Serve as SPOC and partner with local and regional pursuit teams to develop core sales content (baseline, case studies, testimonials, etc) and identify/solve content gaps
Create, surface and promote marketing best practices and opportunities among local and regional marketing and sales teams
Populate Knowledge Management System and develop and deploy client engagement pieces
Team Management and Integration Collaborate with other Product Marketing Directors to develop best practices, leverage opportunities for integration and ensure the Product Marketing Team is driving toward a cohesive vision
Lead direct reports in developing annual marketing plans and KPIs based on the needs of their focused business areas

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and a minimum of seven years of related experience and/or training. MBA preferred.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret the most complex business documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues. Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using distinctive style. Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, top management and/or public groups. Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action.
Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. Reviews complex financial/business analysis and reports prepared by subordinates. Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations. Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based multi-industry sales environment.
