Reports To: Assistant Vice President of University Marketing & Communication
Position Summary: Reporting to the AVP of University Marketing and Communications, the Associate Director of Enrollment Marketing will be responsible for providing guidance and direction for North Park’s marketing communications to prospective undergraduate and graduate students. Under the direction of UMC’s AVP, the Associate Director of Enrollment Marketing will partner with North Park’s Director of Admissions to develop, manage, implement, and assess multichannel admissions marketing initiatives, to help meet North Park University’s graduate and undergraduate enrollment goals.
Plan, develop and execute North Park University’s Office of Admissions multichannel marketing strategies and tactics including print materials, digital communications, advertising, direct mail, email, website, social media, video, and event invitations.
Partner with Undergraduate and Graduate Admissions to develop new admissions marketing materials and leverage new media channels.
Work collaboratively with partners across North Park University - including but not limited to -admissions team members, University Marketing Communications staff, faculty, student life staff, current students and alumni to ensure that the admissions marketing content is fresh, timely, and on message.
Track, analyze, and determine effectiveness/ROI of all marketing initiatives (advertising, email communications, social media engagement, etc.) using data management tools and metrics. Ability to convert technical data into formal reports. Recommend improvements based on findings.
Create innovative, and technologically savvy admissions recruitment communications.
Oversee all external admissions advertising needs. Manage subcontracted agencies and vendors as necessary.
Participate in the development and management of enrollment streams for unique or cohort-based programs.
Support Admissions team throughout recruitment and application process as necessary.
Work on multiple, complex projects within aggressive timeframes that require the ability to prioritize changing project tasks/deliverables and meet deadlines continually.
Build strategies Create, re-purposing and potentially write Web site and university content
Develop and maintain a mindset of creativity, innovation, excellence, and learning in envisioning and delivering web content.
Ability to manage projects, work independently, prioritize tasks, respond effectively to multiple demands, and meet deadlines

Other duties as assigned.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in marketing, advertising or related field.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or Communications, or a related field.
Strong organizational, conceptual, interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively and cooperatively within a team and independently.
Knowledge of current higher education marketing communication trends.
A familiarity of higher education enrollment planning, demographics, recruitment, marketing and communication strategies.
Experience with design, production and writing copy.
Experience with strategic marketing plans based on market and consumer insights derived from data analytics.
