Assist with all aspects of growth marketing campaigns including creative development, tracking placements, monitoring performance and measuring results. Research and evaluate prospective marketing opportunities to reach new customers. Review media kits and negotiate placements across online and offline channels. Maintain up-to-date calendars of paid and organic media opportunities to assist broader marketing team in budgeting and planning. Manage timelines for campaigns to ensure deadlines are met. Collaborate with team members across Marketing, Creative and Operations to ensure all required assets are delivered. Conduct competitive research detailing strategies, placements and creative assets from target companies. Provide recommendations on new ideas to test. Forge productive relationships with our agency partners, account reps, and consultants. Assist in regular outreach to influencers, media outlets, and marketing partners to maintain relationships and keep PULSE House top of mind. Help with ideation and execution of marketing activation events to drive word-of-mouth. Coordinate & execute grassroots marketing efforts with affinity groups and any contextually-relevant entities that can spread the word about PULSE House. Work with the PULSE House team to develop copy and supporting materials for marketing campaigns.
1+ years of business experience in an office setting and working in a collaborative team environment. Strong passion for group fitness. Entrepreneurial spirit and strong desire to be a self starter. Knowledge of online and offline consumer-facing marketing channels, including online media companies, direct mail, TV and audio channels. Strong knowledge of social media and influencer marketing; innate understanding of how to leverage emerging channels to positively promote PULSE House. Basic understanding of marketing sales funnel. Open thinker with a passion for developing and contributing ideas that can be turned into reality. Demonstrated proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics. A strong communicator: ability to communicate brand & creative direction. Able to effectively represent PULSE House brand to partners and consumers. A resourceful nature and a fast learner. Flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field and strong academic record. Strong bias for action with proven ability to jump quickly into projects. Ability to make thoughtful, actionable recommendations under pressure. Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
