Summary of Duties: The Enrollment Management Marketing Director is responsible for the development, execution and measurement of a comprehensive integrated enrollment management marketing strategy that reinforces the Washington State University brand across the university's six campuses. Supporting the goals and objectives set by the Office of Enrollment Management, this position manages the implementation of the marketing plan across multiple digital and print channels, including central advertising, website and other digital platforms, collateral development, and social media efforts. A senior member of the University Marketing and Communications leadership team, the enrollment management marketing director partners directly with Office of Admissions and Recruitment, New Student Programs, Student Financial Services, Office of the Registrar and Enrollment Information Technology to market and communicate strategically to:
Recruit and retain undergraduate students who will best benefit from a WSU education
Assist students as they seek financial aid
Support new students as they enroll, register for classes, and apply to pursue a degree
This position will report to the Executive Director of Strategic Communications, working in close coordination with the Enrollment Management leadership team.
Required Qualifications: A Bachelors degree in marketing, public relations, communications or related field AND three (3) years of professional level experience in marketing, promotional or related work. Any combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.
