Primary role objectives: Content and Digital Marketing specialist for CBRE's Americas business is responsible for executing on the company's strategy to develop and distribute world-class content, utilizing all of our digital, social and traditional interactive media assets to drive brand awareness, client engagement and inbound marketing.
Key responsibilities: Work with various business units to manage and apply content updates to Industrial digital channels including website (www.cbre.us), Microsites, Intranet,
Email Marketing, Marketing Automation, Apps, Social, Digital Business Solutions, Digital Press, Internal Digital Displays
Monitor web properties quality and availability, communicating issues accordingly
Collaborate with Design team and internal/external resources to produce world-class digital creative assets.
Participate in creative strategy development and production for assigned campaigns
Actively researches new technologies to advance performance and functionality of CBRE's digital properties
Manages web-based tracking initiatives Participates in the development and acceptance testing of digital programs

Required Knowledge & Skills: Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Premier Pro CC, Microsoft Excel,Enterprise CMS and Marketing
Automation Platforms. Familiar with content marketing aspects including building audiences, creative writing, platform management, SEO, social, analytics
Understanding of Information Architecture, usability, and creative design concepts
Client focused with demonstrated ability to provide quality service and advice within content marketing arena
Proven ability to navigate a complex, large regional business
Creative thinker with ability to implement national web strategies, familiarity with creative development strategies, including Design Thinking a plus.
Sound decision-making capabilities, demonstrating an ability to create persuasive and compelling recommendations
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
Experience & Qualifications A minimum of 4 year-education in a relevant field, e.g., marketing, communication, public relations, economics, commerce
2 years+ experience in marketing team with responsibility for digital
Experience with Sharepoint, Sitecore and Google Analytics a plus
