Design, facilitate and implement property specific, innovative, marketing plans, encompassing product development, positioning, placement, and pricing. The candidate would develop plans to differentiate our product in each of our respective market to maximize profits.
Oversee firms and each property’s electronic and print marketing and advertising (websites, online advertising, email, and information gathering/tracking).
Brand management, facilitate agency selection and oversee creative direction to deliver brand and marketing strategies. Work with the ownership team and third-party vendors to create all brand collateral, in print and online.
Social Media---Create, curate and manage all published digital content (images, video, written), including updates to the property webistes, weekly email blasts, daily posting to Craig’s list, Facebook, Twitter and other social media channels. Create relevant, original, high quality content. Increase consumer interaction within digital mediums to drive property visit frequency.
Responds to all reputation management reviews on all online platforms
Training and frequent quality checks of site teams on proper usage and strategies within all marketing systems (RentCafe, Social Media, Websites, Google Pages).
Responsible for market surveys and awareness of market conditions Perform strategic real estate market analysis including evaluation of competitor’s locations, occupancy trends, market conditions and other relevant information.
Responsible for developing an annual marketing budget for each property in conjunction with the Property Manager, Regional Manager and Vice President of Konover Residential Corporation.
Responsible for supporting the leasing teams in understanding the local market. Work with and motivate property management and develop team members to implement innovative marketing plans.
Perform such other work related duties as may be assigned by the company.
A minimum of 5 years' experience with prior success in marketing multifamily Class A communities required.
Ability to work successfully in Google Analytics.
Must have a high degree of creativity.
Must be a team player and willing to work in a collaborative environment.
Strong leadership and consensus building skills.
Strategic planning experience required.
A proven track record in development and administering a marketing program.
Polished presentation and interpersonal skills
A good knowledge of Microsoft Office computer applications.
