Summary/Objective The Communications & Marketing Project Manager (OPM) plays an essential role in managing production and creative projects from concept to execution across the University Communications & Marketing (UCM) division She/he works with project teams to establish project scope, develop schedules, timelines, project plans, and meeting agendas to keep teams on task and achieve project goals and expected outcomes. She/he oversees process improvement, workflow management, and ensures that UCM projects have the necessary resources to achieve project goals. The OPM serves as a project liaison and manages relationships with internal and external partners and works with managers and senior leadership across UCM. Required Education and Experience -
Bachelor's degree -
7+ years of experience with project planning, estimation, and relationship management in a marketing, creative services or related environment -
Experience with all aspects of traditional and digital production, and account and project management -
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, MS Office/Office 365, and other project management and workflow technology tools -
Excellent communication and presentation skills Preferred Education and Experience
