Overview The aim of the program is to develop a young pool of Marketing Associates to provide support to the Private Bankers within Bank of Singapore.
Rotational Marketing Associates (RMAs) will first undergo a structured training program for 14-16 weeks before they are assigned to support to the Private Bankers in various marketing teams on a rotational basis for a period between 18-24 months. The RMAs may be permanently placed within the marketing team depending on the suitability of their profiles.
Program Commencement Date Next Intake will commence June/July 2017
Provides administrative and client service support to Relationship Managers
Responds to all client enquiries and instructions; capable of resolving most issues and requests
Maintains paperwork and records of client accounts and transactions
Maintains client data and reports, e.g. contact lists, account numbers, facilities details, status of credit reviews/renewals, etc
Administrative duties include scheduling appointments, preparing correspondences, making travel arrangements, arranging meetings and receptions, producing presentation materials
Understands the basic mechanisms of common financial products and services
Coordinates with Product Groups, Operations and other functional areas
Good Degree in Accountancy/Business/Banking & Finance or related discipline from a reputable institution
Candidates with less than 2 years of working experience are preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong interest in client servicing, operations or sales support within financial institutions
Good understanding of financial products and services
Strong organisation skills and meticulous
Excellent interpersonal, communication and client interfacing skills
