MARKETING SPECIALIST-PROGRAMS AND PROMOTIONS, MIT Federal Credit Union (MITFCU), to support the business lines/divisions' objectives via marketing efforts through the conception, design, development, and production of campaigns, collateral, and digital assets; and provide additional support for internal objectives via the development and production of member communications. Will collaborate with lending, member services, and financial and retirement services divisions to create support materials and communications; establish and maintain digital/print and environmental creative asset development calendar; coordinate the timely updating of website content, cataloging and maintaining image use and suggesting the addition/revision of content including suggestions for ongoing site improvement/updating and assisting with copywriting, bullet point and headline development, etc., for marketing promotions; ensure digital and print collateral is current and accurate; transfer external marketing program details (e.g., target audience, offer being promoted, duration of program, and creative materials) into a single page informational document; work with internal resources to ensure marketing-related program materials adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements; prepare and maintain digital signage messaging for all available locations; adhere to and maintain company brand/image standards and serve as a point-of-contact for logo files, sharing, and usage; and prepare and produce annual report print and/or digital formatting.
REQUIRED: minimum of three years' marketing experience; creative and concepting experience; strong writing, editing, and print and web design skills; strong working knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Illustrator; ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; and excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Degree in marketing, communications, or related field desired. Video editing software skills highly desired. Credit union or financial institution experience strongly preferred. Job #14834-5
