|What Skills You Need |
•8+ years of design experience in an advertising agency, design studio or another corporate creative communications department
•4+ years of experience with brand management/Brand ID Systems, including the development and implementation of strategic design solutions, guidelines, and processes
•2+ years of experience directing internal or external designers (direct reports, agency designers, freelancers) to develop original campaigns and concepts
•2+ years of experience setting the strategy and thought-process for design and branding work; as well as pitching and securing support for creative concepts and design decisions
•A portfolio showcasing a wide variety of both personally designed and directed work of exceptional quality
•Mastery of marketing communication design and brand management principles
•Graphic design expertise with both print and digital media
•Strong art direction skills for both still photography and video
•Strong communication skills, both visual and oral
•Expert proficiency in Mac software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
•Ability to travel domestically and internationally, up to 10%

•Bachelor's degree in Commercial Art or Graphic Design, or equivalent experience
