- 5+ years of sales management experience. - Experience and success in recruiting and retaining a high performing sales team. - Strong sales skills and a proven ability in telephone selling along with solution based selling approach. - Inside sales management experience preferred. - A track record of growing revenues. - Ability to create impactful sales presentations. - Exposure to best-in-class sales management (forecasting, planning and reporting) best practices (i.e. techniques, methods, processes, activities, incentives or rewards). - Ability to qualify leads by looking beyond basic metrics. - Process and goal oriented. - Demonstrated maturity, presence, attention to detail, initiative, and problem solving skills. - Pipeline development and sales planning through the CRM. - Good coaching and mentoring skills. - Strong presentation and follow-up skills. - Business related computer skills including experience with a CRM system. - Strong leadership skills, that demonstrates presence and authority in dealing with people at all levels. Proven track record in bringing a blend of creativity, business acumen, and passion to produce successful, innovative, and cost effective campaigns. - Ability to manage multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously, while meeting deadlines and business objectives. - Ability to work across functions and within a management team to drive change in a positive, collaborative, and transparent way. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to manage at both the strategic and operational level. - Ultimate team player with ability to work with team members at all levels of the organization. - BA/BS degree
