The purpose of the Director of Corporate Development, Cause Marketing, and Communications is to develop and implement strategic marketing, development, and communication plans to raise additional revenue from new sources and increase awareness to further our mission.
Serve as a key member of the executive team influencing and driving strategy, relationships and best practices to accomplish national financial goals.
Identify new opportunities to increase revenue, focused on but not limited to, corporate partnerships, cause marketing and major donors. This position is accountable for significant revenue targets and will influence the strategic implementation of nationwide initiatives.
Responsible for hiring and supervising department employees which include performance management, performance improvement, and professional development.
Responsible for day to day management of the downtown Chicago Cure SMA office
Demonstrate experience and leadership in comprehensive strategic communications, media relations, and marketing programs.
Develop personalized stewardship plans for top individual donors and corporate partners with giving capacity for significant new gifts.
Responsible for developing revenue projections and producing financial analysis
