CIRCULATION MANAGER, MIT Technology Review, to oversee, execute, and analyze all circulation-related activity for MIT Technology Review magazine, including increasing subscriptions and forecasting marketplace trends. Will coordinate, execute, and analyze all aspects of the customer journey--acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back; incorporate data and testing into decision-making; generate subscription revenue through newsstand sales, direct mail, renewals, and invoicing; plan, coordinate, and execute four to six direct mail campaigns per year; develop, implement, and manage retention and billing strategy; perform activities related to the publication audit and publisher's statement; manage creative, operational, and production processes for promotions; work with internal partners and external vendors; create, maintain, and distribute reports for all engagement and retention activities; and serve as primary point of contact for third-party relationships related to circulation and deliver against budget.
REQUIRED: a B.A./B.S. in marketing, communications, business, or related area; at least seven years' experience in continuity marketing or circulation management; and thorough understanding of online business models and strategies, preferably in media or publishing. Job #14405-O
