THE VICE PRESIDENT: The Vice President for Marketing and Enrollment is a cabinet level executive position. She or he will lead and implement strategic marketing, research, recruiting and enrollment strategies necessary to increase market share, promote enrollment growth, and support revenue growth and ongoing financial strength and viability. This role will be will be responsible for Traditional and the School of Professional Studies (SPGS) admissions, recruiting strategies, team building, training, and performance accountability and will work closely with other departments to shape and develop growth strategies.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
Demonstrated commitment to the mission, core values and purposes of the University as a distinctive Christian university and as a member of the President’s Cabinet lead, live and mentor according to the tenants of the Nazarene/Wesleyan tradition.
A master’s degree in marketing or related field is preferred with at least ten years of executive level experience and leadership in strategic marketing, advertising and sales management. Prior experience in higher education admissions, marketing or enrollment services is desirable but not required.
Possess demonstrated experience in strategic planning, tactical implementation and successful project management.
Prior experience with strategic advertising, digital and social media marketing and utilization of third-party agencies, vendors and corporate partnerships.
Possess successful recruitment or sales management experience and familiarity with Salesforce, Radius or other CRM data and prospect management systems.
