We are seeking a motivated, organized, and high-energy Marketing Coordinator to help our team implement and manage a multifaceted and integrated marketing and communications strategy. You’ll work with and support the marketing and communications team to implement and track campaigns and activities that help the American Pharmacists Association engage members and prospects and meet membership and revenue goals.
The Primary Responsibilities Are:
Support APhA’s marketing activities including the creation and management of marketing and communications calendars and project initiation and tracking mechanisms
Assist marketing staff with the creative brainstorming and implementation of marketing plans
Assist with database management and data integrity, ensuring accuracy of lists for segmentation
Assist in the management of email list functionality and helps implement email campaigns
Serves as the primary point of contact for all marketing inquiries, assisting the Senior Director in developing and managing SOPs and workflows and assigning projects
Maintain online bookstore on Pharmacist.com by updating and ensuring the accuracy of the site.
BS degree in marketing or a related field
Minimum of two years of related experience required. Experience with a mission driven membership association preferred
Experience working with website content management systems a plus
Experience working with blast email software a plus.
