Lead and manage the effective execution of the strategy and marketing programme
Ensure UK Wholesale Marketing plans and activities are fully supportive of all UK Wholesale priorities
Develop, implement and monitor customer and service propositions, in conjunction with UK Sales for: platforms/advisers, wealth managers/DFM's and institutional as required
Lead the launch of new products into the UK market, working closely with marketing, PR, product development and Sales
Design, implement and monitor the campaigns and contact programmes, including our brand tracking research
Work with the Investment marketing team, PR and digital, providing clarity on campaign plans and resourcing requirement in the delivery of the UK channel marketing programme
Ensure full regulatory compliance of all UK Wholesale marketing materials, processes, procedures and campaigns
Work with PR /corporate communications to ensure channel alignment and implementation of messages in a timely and effective manner
Ensure all role related budgets are approved by the Head of Marketing and that the processing of the budget is effectively co-ordinated with head of investment marketing
Experience & Qualifications
A demonstrable track record of leading a marketing team within an Asset Management business. Ideally with exposure to the UK Wholesale Channel.
A breadth of knowledge across a variety of asset classes
Proven experience of working in a collaborative way and working toward a common goal
Comfortable with a managing a small team
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential
Ability to work accurately under pressure and to prioritise effectively.
Highly organised with good time management and planning skills to meet deadlines and complete time critical processes.
