Role Description: As part of a talented team of purpose driven individuals, you will lead the activities related to marketing and sales support. UFS is an organization with a mission of Helping Community Banks and our People Thrive-Together. You will facilitate that mission by organizing the collaboration on a wide variety of activities that help us reinforce the mission with current customers, and spread the message to new banks that could use our help. You will be tasked with developing, delivering, and supporting ideas and content related to social media management, newsletters, website maintenance, marketing materials, executive presentations, and branding.
This position reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing, but works in collaboration with other managers and teammates across the organization.

Primary Responsibilities: Overall accountability for executing on the marketing strategies of the organization combined with sales support efforts. The role includes but is not limited to:
Jointly own the UFS branding strategy with the marketing director:
Facilitate consistent communications, images, and messaging with customers and prospects.
Evolve the organization's branding strategy to reinforce and extend emotional connections
Creating and managing the organization's digital and social media strategies
Build and execute a social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
Execute on the social media strategy by generating, editing, publishing and sharing engaging content on a regular publishing schedule.
Suggest and implement new strategies to develop brand awareness.
Execute on expansion of video resources
Identify new marketing communication opportunities and develop deliverables accordingly; monitor industry statistics and follow banking trends
Maintain KPI's and metrics around all activities
Manage and maintain the organization's web site
Manage editorial and promotional calendars
Organize, assemble information, design, draft, edit and distribute customer newsletters
Organize, draft, and maintain website content
Create and maintain outbound marketing campaigns
Creating and managing resources for the sales team
Develop and update proposal templates that evoke professionalism with a creative flair
Prepare, verify, and customize proposals and related marketing materials
Create marketing presentations using PowerPoint and other necessary software
Assemble information, design, write, edit, produce and distribute high quality marketing and communications to support business development; items may include brochures, articles, news releases, and mailings (print & electronic) consistent with branding/format
Assist with logistics, planning, creating marketing materials, and coordination of marketing events
Collaborating with product and support teams to create materials that will simplify messaging and maintain consistent branding

Education & Experience:
Demonstrated experience in the key competencies of the job, and evidence of a passion for learning through progressive work experience, skills training, and relevant formal education
Understanding of community banking
Event management experience
Photography and/or Videography skills
Skills in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), strongly preferred but not required.
Skills in web design
