Candidates for the Marketing Manager position will develop communication strategies and cultivate strong working relationships to promote IICRC within the cleaning and restoration industry and the consumer public.
Candidates must possess a broad knowledge of marketing principles, proven management skills, the ability to meet established goals, deadlines, and quality standards whether working independently or collaboratively, the aptitude to articulate and advance ideas with individuals of all backgrounds, and the willingness to provide superior customer service to all IICRC constituencies.
Excellent writing, editing and verbal communication skills required. Working knowledge of branding and graphic placement in print and digital media. Ability to write and edit proposals and analyze data and make strategic recommendations.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or similar field or a minimum of five (5) years full-time work experience in the marketing industry and two (2) or more years management experience. Experience working for non-profit and/or association environments preferred.
