The incumbent will:
Play a key role in seeking and standing up a set of digital marketing capabilities to drive future growth
Key driver in building innovative solutions, leveraging digital marketing strategy, technology, to as directly as possible impact business targets, and client experience.
Prospect and source new digital marketing capabilities that will drive growth through vendor research and outreach. Target capabilities include audience targeting, emerging media channels, digital analytics capabilities and personalization.
Develop and execute marketing strategies and advertising campaigns plan, involving social media, SEO, SEM
Manage the social media platforms, executing social media campaigns and content; to build a community
Develop different marketing channels (SEM, SEO, retargeting, emailing)
Analyse and measure the campaigns performance through marketing metrics (web analytic tools)
Work closely with the editorial team and provide editorial support for content generation that aligns with overall content calendar
Leverage qualitative and quantitative research and data to guide marketing strategy and product enhancements
Enhancing brand positioning and deliver the right message to customers showing the benefits
Drive revenue objectives: more likes, sign-ups and more engagement; ultimately, lead generation
Monitor trends and competitor activity in order to identity opportunities to differentiate the brand
Act as a brand custodian, to govern the application of the bank ' s brand policies and guidelines

4 - 7 years of digital marketing experience, digital agency experience preferred
Experience in web analytic tools, digital advertising, and marketing desired
Experience with financial services required
Be well versed and experienced in digital marketing particularly in social media, search engines and email campaigns particularly for B2C business environment
Strong project management and performance management skills. Very detail oriented.
Excellent budget management and understanding of different industry tools and content partners
Strong collaborative skills and the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
Have a strong understanding of online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to the demands of a diverse culture
Self-motivated and confident with a high degree of initiative required
Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines
Possess strong organisational and planning skills
Excellent team player and exhibit a high level of motivation and drive
Experience in writing and communications, good command of English - written and verbal
Exposure to customer and market research an advantage
Problem analysis and problem-solving
Experience/familiarity with marketing technology and practices including: audience targeting, media/funnel optimization, SEO, analytics and content marketing.
Proven analytical skills and problem solving ability paired with meticulous attention to detail.
Experience using cross digital analytics platforms including web (Google/Adobe Analytics), social conversation, search (e.g., Moz, SEMRush) would be useful.
Qualifications Finance, business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
