And you'll do your life's best work.(sm) The Open Enrollment Marketing Team provides consultation and support to internal account teams for consumer facing open enrollment activities within the Employer and Individual business unit. As a member of E&I national marketing, the marketing manager is responsible for developing, managing and executing B2C marketing communication campaigns for identified clients with the goal of influencing member choice and growing the UnitedHealthcare membership. This individual creates strategic marketing and communication plans, partners with internal and external partners to lead creative development, media planning and execution of member / consumer Open Enrollment communications. Responsible for project and budget management, as well as campaign measurement and analytics. Health care experience, strong client management abilities, demonstrated success within a highly matrix organization and collaborative communication skills are essential. Primary Responsibilities Consult with select customers and develop customized member / consumer Open Enrollment marketing strategies that are aligned with account-specific acquisition and retention objectives Manage the development and execution of consumer marketing campaigns, ensuring projects are high quality, on time, within budget and aligned with account objectives Establish project plans, set direction and manage development of creative brief, oversee creative design and content for consumer / member-facing customized materials Coordinate required approvals of all campaign components (collateral, media, websites, direct mail), according to internal and external contractual requirements, maintaining appropriate processes and files Develop and deploy appropriate B2C customized materials, incorporating customer-specific brand as required Work and/or direct teams (including cross-functional, internal creative, external vendors, and Open Enrollment Consultants) to coordinate B2C efforts at both strategic and tactical levels
Required QualificationsBachelor's degree 5+ years marketing communications and sales support Demonstrates decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions and identifying priorities Able to develop strategic marketing campaigns and supporting tactical plans and compelling marketing messages for a member / consumer audience Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple deliverables and aggressive timelines Effective interpersonal, influence, collaboration and listening skills Able to work independently with minimal supervision Proficiency Microsoft office suitePreferred Qualifications:5+ years of relevant health care experience Agency experience Leading and interacting through Creative Team approval process Account Executive or Marketing Planning background Careers at UnitedHealthcare Employer & Individual.
