This position requires end to end campaign/offer delivery from Targeted Selection Criteria submission through campaign/offer design, quality assurance, approval, delivery and pre- and post-delivery administrative and tracking functions. This position requires an intimate knowledge of the IBM Unica data model, data relationship and data processes/transformations within that model and will use this knowledge when interacting, consulting and advising marketing partners on the best structure to achieve optimal business needs/intent. Required Qualifications:Bachelor degree in business, technology, related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience 3+ years of consumer marketing experience Power user experience with IBM Unica software suite such as Campaign and Interact (or comparable application) Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures and design, systems design, data management, data warehouse Working knowledge of web services Must be proficient in SQL/ Oracle Ability to collaborate with team members to meet project related goals and support on-going maintenance Excellent interpersonal skills required Ability to understand complex business problems quickly Ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment Must be self-motivated, goal oriented, and able to work with ambiguity and confidentiality Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:3+ years of Healthcare experience 3+ years of digital marketing experience Strong, proven project management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising or Public Relations 10 years of Marketing and project management experience within a matrix organization 10 years of professional writing, editing, intranet and social media (i.e., blogs, pod casting, etc.) experience Demonstrated ability to manage people and prioritize deliverables Proven organizational skills with ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity Careers at UnitedHealthcare Medicare & Retirement.
