Nemours Children’s Health System (Nemours) seeks nominations and applications for the inaugural position of SVP/Chief Communications and Marketing Officer (SVP/CCMO). This newly created enterprise senior executive level position will lead the marketing and communications staff and tell the Nemours story to providers, payers, parents, regulators and policy makers. The SVP/CCMO will report directly to the Nemours CEO and work in partnership with other members of the Nemours leadership team, enterprise-wide. This SVP/CCMO will serve as Nemours’ Brand Champion and define and implement an organization-wide marketing strategy; develop a marketing function and team that uses innovation and best practices; implement strategies to enhance Nemours’ brand, and support market growth and reputational enhancement.

The ideal candidate will be a nationally recognized leader in marketing, communications and branding, with proven experience in a multi-faceted organization. Experience in research and teaching environments is a plus, however candidates with commensurate experience from industries external to healthcare are also encouraged to apply.
