Summary: Responsible for the management of all activity associated with the Marketing department for all LSI products including but not limited to Hot Shot's Secret. Manage all marketing projects including one-time projects, ongoing projects (weekly/monthly/annual) and cross-departmental projects. The Director will lay out the lead times for each stage of the projects. This position allocates time for each division within the organization needed to complete the project. The Director ensures the finished project can be completed by the deadline and within the project budget. The position monitors progress against critical dates and makes any adjustments to keep the project on track. The Director will ensure print ads and bottle labels are represented well. Manage e commerce and monitors the conversion rates along with digital marketing. The Director prepares estimated budgets using input from the internal team and external suppliers and provides the budget estimate accordingly. The Director will ensure the marketing plan, budget and return on investments fall in line with our goals. The position manages all trade show events.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Create and manage marketing projects, plans and schedules including broadcast management (radio/TV/etc).
Manage multiple simultaneous project schedules working with cross functional team members that may include internal and external resources.
Implement strategies for e-commerce sales plan
Manage web orders and search engines.
Development of innovation strategies and relationship building activities.
Oversee print production management, graphic design and vendor coordination.
Manage design of our product labels.
Ability to execute activities that increase brand recognition across product and service portfolios with the focus to increase market share and sales within key target audiences.
Manage all the social media venues.
Ability to review and assess market response data from marketing campaigns.
Ability to write promotional scripts for print, audio, and commercials.
Manage all trade show and advertising.
Additional Salary Information: Base plus commission.
